The exterior walls are crucial in the comfort of our building. We should, therefore, pay special attention to them. In a climate like ours it is important that these walls have good thermal inertia to prevent large temperature fluctuations inside. The exterior wall system, whatever it may be, must always be insulated on the outside, as if it were a “overcoat” dressing the entire building. In this way the maintenance of the interior temperature at adequate levels is more effective.
