Sustainability
The webertherm comfort system is based on the use of the Clima 34 insulation material, characterized by the incorporation of recycled materials, the use of regional materials and the reuse of 100% recyclable materials.
Features
It meets the requirements of the Fire Safety Regulations in Buildings, in addition to improving the acoustic insulation performance of the facade. It has a traditional colored finish.
Uses
It is a fire-resistant façade coating system, based on high density glass wool plates. It can be applied on new substrates with a flat surface such as concrete and cement plaster, as well as wooden panels of the OSB type, or in the rehabilitation of old lime plaster, painted or ceramic.
WEBERTHERM NATURA
Sustainability
Thermal insulation system, based on insulating sheets of expanded cork agglomerate, 100% natural and recyclable, and lime mortars. The sustainability contribution is verified by the high environmental performance of cork insulation.
Features
- Thermal conductivity of the insulator (W / mºC) = 0.040 (manufacturer’s technical chart);
- Emission of contributors to global warming (kg CO2 equiv./m2) = 2.96 (DAP 001: 2016);
- Resistance to water vapor diffusion (thickness of air diffusion equivalence , in m) = 0.06 (ETA 15/0085);
- Systems‘ reaction to fire (EN 13501-1) = B – s1, d0 (ETA 15/0085).
Uses
Exterior thermal insulating coating for facades. Indicated for functional rehabilitation (impermeability, cracking and aesthetics) and improvement of thermal insulation. Application on new substrates with a flat surface, such as concrete and cement plaster, as well as wooden panels of the OSB type. Rehabilitation of old lime plaster, painted or ceramic.
WEBERCOL FLEX LEV
Sustainability
The webercol flex lev is the first mortar with half the weight for the same performance, which facilitates transport and reduces costs. It weighs 12.5 kg, is composed of more than 30% recycled materials and requires less effort for its application and handling.
Features
The webercol flex lev is a mortar for bonding ceramics, natural stone and hydraulic mosaic, applicable both indoors and outdoors. Its creamy texture makes it easier and faster to apply.
Uses
The same product is used for bonding ceramics, natural stone and hydraulic mosaics, on interior floors and walls or on facades and exterior floors.
